“Bookends” pre-order announcement

The following is the press release VP sent out in regards to Ella M. Hayes debut novel:

SARATOGA SPRINGS - Valenza Publishing is excited to announce our first romance novel, hitting bookstore shelves this October!

Valenza Publishing, a veteran-owned and operated publishing house, has partnered with Ella M. Hayes, a Saratoga native, to present her holiday romance novel “Bookends” to readers.

“Bookends” was previously self-published on Kindle, before being submitted to Valenza Publishing for a second edition and physical release. The deal between Hayes and Valenza Publishing includes three novels to be released annually. 

While the book releases on Oct. 8, 2024, Valenza Publishing and Hayes will be presenting signed copies at the Albany Book Festival on Sept. 21, and the Shirt Factory Book Expo in Glens Falls on Sept. 28, for eager fans.

“Bookends” tells the story of Silvia Wright, an indie bookstore worker with a celebrity crush on novelist Daniel Cassidy. As if she’s stepped into one of his books, Cassidy walks into her store in Saratoga on Black Friday weekend, and their love blossoms. But not all is as it seems with Cassidy, and other forces begin to tear down the good in Silvia’s life all around her.
